My Experience Vending at Festivals and Craft Shows

Vending at festivals and craft shows is a lot of work, but also very fun. It’s a great way to connect with customers in person. I have vended at dozens of festivals over the years. Check out this recent vlog where I share a few thoughts about two local festivals: The Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival, and the Louisiana Homesteaders’ Conference. In the video, I also share my latest handspun yarn, and some frustrating homesteading challenges I’ve been dealing with.

If there is a lot of interest in this topic, I can go deeper! There is so much I could share. Tips and tricks for vending at festivals can be invaluable, especially for fiber artist and introverts like myself.

Be sure to check out my online shop for fiber art supplies and handmade gifts. The creamy, rustic Cheviot wool yarn in the video below is spun from this sliver. It’s very inexpensive, so be sure to grab some! Everything is hand dyed, hand woven, hand blended, etc., by me on my homestead. Thank you for your support!
